Jennifer Schultz of Community Legal Services led this one-hour webinar on February 15, 2019 introducing chapter 13 bankruptcy as an option for homeowners who are behind in their mortgages.  Jennifer discussed when bankruptcy is right for a homeowner and when it is not.  Jennifer also provided an overview of what a homeowner can expect when he or she files for bankruptcy.
