Involuntary, and often times illegal, nursing home discharges are on the rise across Pennsylvania.  This webinar will focus on how to appeal involuntary nursing home discharges.  It will include an overview of federal and state laws regarding discharges from nursing homes and discuss strategies on how to represent nursing home residents in the appeal of these discharges.
