We are personal trainers who live & work in the Logan Square neighborhood in Chicago. Alex founded Paramount Personal Training in 2006 as a mobile personal training company. Megan joined Paramount in 2013 and together we opened the first physical location.

• We are doing a mix of in person and virtual workouts
• We nerd out about health & fitness, but also love cocktails and college basketball
• We eloped in 2018 and were supposed to celebrate with family & friends last year. We postponed the party to this April.
• I have a dog named Zoe who is 16 years young
