Nicholas and Fletcher are joined by their first guest Sean Goldberg. Sean is a practicing Physiotherapist, Trauma Therapist and Yoga teacher operating a successful Yoga school in Bali. Sean shares the experiences of transcendence in his twenties which lead him to a Tantric Yoga school in Thailand and eventually to Rishikesh, India where he deepened his spiritual and tantric practices. Seans depth of self-awareness and knowledge leads him to explaining our unconscious relationship with trauma.
