Stephanie was born and raised in Colorado. She enjoys hiking camping, biking, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Stephanie began her real estate career 30 years ago and became a licensed Realtor® in 1988. She actively sells new construction, resale, residential acreage, and vacant ground. Her span of knowledge includes title company closer; construction processing and closing; development loan secretary and licensed assistant for 13 top real estate brokers. Stephanie was a project manager for five new home communities with an average of 200 homes each. She is a past Director for the Northern Colorado Sales and Marketing Council as well as Public Relations Chairperson for the Loveland/Berthoud Association of Realtors.
