Finding senior friendly activities is especially challenging when the weather has been cold and harsh for months and we are all cooped up in the house. Depending on what your loved ones mobility and health, the idea of staying active during months of snow, ice and cold weather can seem overwhelming. But don’t worry I have some creative, safe and meaningful activities they’ll love and you’ll enjoy too.

  1. Knit, crochet or quilt

  2. Cook together

  3. Make “blessing bags”

  4. Exercise

  5. Video chat with family and friends

  6. Join a book club
