Joining me today is Duncan Autry, creator of The Omni-Win Project, where his goal is to facilitate the healing and evolution of our democratic systems and political culture, so that we can co-create a future that works for everyone. 

In this project Duncan creates videos and essays to amplify the message that we already have the solutions to the problems we face in our culture and democracy. Duncan is the host of the Omni-Win Project Podcast where he lifts up the voices of the many people and movements that are ready to help the evolution of democracy. 

Duncan is a conflict transformation facilitator and educator with nearly twenty years of experience working on conflicts of all sizes throughout the U.S. and Latin America. His life work is exploring the fractal nature of conflict, which arises from the infinite and ongoing dance between self and other.
