Amerah Archer is a graduate of the University of Toledo where she earned her Masters of Education in 2013 as well as a Bachelors of Chemistry in 2009, and currently pursuing a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Culturally Responsive Pedagogy and Social Justice Education.  She serves as a research graduate assistant in UT’s Teacher Education department.  Mrs. Archer is a native of Toledo, Ohio where she has been employed with Toledo Public Schools teaching Physical Science and Chemistry since 2013.  Since then she has served as the Freshmen Cluster Lead Teacher, Class of 2020 advisor, and Chemical Safety Officer. Her primary goal has been to collaborate with teachers, teacher educators, and preservice teachers to ensure all students have equitable access to a successful path that leads to a promising future.
