Seth Butler is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ and desires to use his various platforms to spark conversations about the intersection of faith and race through spoken word and academic spaces. Seth currently serves as the Director of Intercultural Student Services at the University of Findlay. As a Findlay native with 7 siblings, Seth decided to move away from his close-knit family to pursue his educational and athletic aspirations at Colorado State University where he earned both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees. An elite college athlete, Seth sought to become an Olympic track runner, and in his own words laughs about how "that clearly didn't happen." Seth has had the opportunity to equip and empower young adults, first as a career coach and consultant, and most recently in his role advancing Diversity and Inclusion work at the University of Findlay. Seth has a passion for facilitating tough conversations with the goal of helping others grow in their understanding of race relations in our society.
