Big Brain Smart Head Dr. Mark Deis joins The Buf to tell his story of the Good in his life and share life lessons great people have shared with him.  

A chance interaction in high school at a swimming pool while trying to catch a hooligan led Mark eventually to a career in working with children with developmental disabilities, teaching us all that serendipity unlocks doors and that we need to be willing to turn the knob and push it open.

Mark shares life lessons learned along the way, like secrets for cleaning windows and carpet, understanding that working for the Good of others will bring Good to you, and that instead of working to prepare the path for your child, you need to prepare your child for the path.

But above all, be kind, work to love, and help others find Hope.
