Maryland REALTORS® CEO, Chuck Kasky is joined by Brooks Schandelmeier, Alderman of Annapolis and Dr. Rodney Harrell, Vice President of AARP's Policy Institute to discuss Affordable Dwelling Units (ADUs), as a creative and efficient solution to many of the housing issues faced by Marylanders and citizens around the country (approx. 90%  of the U.S. lags behind in ADU legislation).

Local ordinances also prevent ADUs from becoming a reality as the rigid requirements place on developers and/or homeowners make it difficult financially or structurally to build efficiently.
