Current Director of Sports Performance at Elon University, Nick DiMarco joins the show to talk about what it is like being a director, a coach, and leader within the athletic environment. Prior to Elon, Nick spent three years with Iowa Hawkeyes football strength and conditioning program. DiMarco played collegiate and professional football before starting his sports performance career. Nick is a great coach that has learned from some of the best mentor in the profession.
