What he was able to do with the company and the unique company culture he created has catapulted Radio Flyer onto Forbes' list of the best places to work in America. Over the flavors of a neighborhood gem "Hemmingway's" in Oak Park, Illinois, Robert shares the lessons learned from the rich history of a company on the rise.
