When you pray to God, do you pray with the conviction that he is able?  He is almighty and powerful and able to do all things.  Daniel trusted God to save him from the enemies that were out to destroy him.  Yet, as Pastor John teaches today, he also trusted God’s will above his desires.  It’s important to ask God for your heart’s longings, yet you must humbly surrender to his will in your life above all things.  Trust that God’s ways and thoughts are higher and better than your own.  Have faith that he will do what’s best for you!
