It’s impossible to imagine the pain and agony of dying on a cross.  It was deemed the most torturous way to die possible.  Yet, even while he was suffering, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, Jesus’ heart was still one of love, care, and concern for others.  As Pastor John teaches today, Jesus’ last words on the cross demonstrate to the world that he loved until His last breath.  He showed such love and mercy even toward those nailing Him upon the cross and hurling insults on Him.
