Have you ever thought about the difference between skill and talent? They’re both important, but knowing the difference can help guide us to live our life more intentionally. The five I specifically address are:

1. Talent is the natural ability a person is born with while skill refers to competency learned.
2. Talent tends to be hidden while skill is demonstrated.
3. Talent requires coaching while skill requires training.
4. Talent requires recognition while skill require development.
5. Talent is possessed by few people whereas skill is possessed by many.
