On 6th July, World Zoonoses Day is celebrated to commemorate the successful administration of the Rabies vaccine by famous biologist Louis Pasture. Rabies is a zoonotic disease, transmission of which takes place from animals to humans. Transmission is a noun which means to transfer pass or spread from one person or place to another.
