On Frog Jumping day, competitions are held at many places in which frogs are made to jump, A lot of care is taken so as not to hurt the animal. This competition is based on a short story by Mark Twain "The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County". Competition is a noun which means A contest in which people participate in order to establish superiority.
