We have so many facets to ourselves as humans. At times, I think we construct separate compartments in which to store our thinking, feeling and behaving. Separate compartments provide us with the delusion that we can insure safety, if only one operates at a time. Otherwise, if all three operated at once we might be overwhelmed. A 2 minute poem and a 2 minute story in this podcast call us to integrate these three “compartments" of our human-ness.
