When it comes to buying property, you really don't know what you are going to get. I've heard tales of some people finding oil on their property, and I guess in a way, I struck black gold as well. In life there is no box to think outside of, unless you create one to limit yourself with. I prefer the no box method, how about you? Got a minute?
