No title can do this one justice. Hilma Af Klint was a Swedish painter whose abstract paintings, a collection of 2000 works, were kept hidden (per her request) until 20 years after her death. Her mystic religious practices and divinely inspired painting techniques were unheard of and unknown at the time, leaving her as the earliest abstract painter known to humankind, outdating even Kadinsky himself who is often referred to as the pioneer of abstract art. Join us in learning more about this famous artist and the origins of her life's work.
