On July 16, 2026, the Kingman City Clerk’s Office received 51 petition sheets containing 734 unverified signatures for referendum petition REF26-001, “Kingman Magforce Axe the Tax.” City Clerk Annie Meredith reviewed the petition sheets to determine compliance with Arizona Revised Statute (A.R.S.) § 19-121.
