Did you ever play hide and seek as a kid, I often still play it with my kids today, it is fun and my youngest Kesler, really is small enough he can hide in the best places. I am big so it is a lot harder for me to hide, but sometimes I can get creative and they don't find me right away.

I know that where things in life that I just didn't want to think about and i avoided putting myself in the position to get hurt or scared by this and it resulted in my life being controlled by these things.

Today I want to show you how to take back control of those things that you are hiding from and face them head on, know that you will eventually be found so don't put it off.

Also when you face it, it comes and goes so quickly you wondered why you were hiding from it in the first place.
