Episode No.22: Sometimes as a service based provider...you will have to make difficult decisions and you will have to be assertive about ending a client contract that is not serving its purpose. Personally, I've done this at least once and I did my best to make it fair and graceful...because the client was a very nice person. Thankfully, I've only had sweet clients.
