We sit down with The Pop Ritual's very own Colin, Michelle, and Scott to discuss how we got to today. From the time the band was conceived in 2014 and made their first release, the band has become a well known force of music and ambient experience in Memphis, TN and beyond.

It's easy to appreciate the passion inside of these individuals and the investment they put into their music. The time it takes to put together music that is so highly textured is incredible, but it makes for something amazing that is meant to create a subjective experience.

In the words of Colin, "Art, music..it's all very subjective. I don't know that once you create a piece of work that it's all about your feelings any longer. You're offering that up to the world to have something to relate to. Whether a person sees a reflection of themselves within that song or touches an emotional nerve that they can relate to, it's so unique and individual in terms of experience that the only place you'll ever find those answers is within yourself and your own experience."
