On this episode, Anthony gives an introduction, talks about what inspired him to launch the show, and previews what is to come on the future of The Anthony Show. He also gets right into content, deep diving into a tweet from hip-hop artist Lecrae, as well as a string of 2020 election related tweets from Seattle Seahawks Quarterback Russell Wilson. Racism, abortion and religious liberty are the major issues that are addressed. In a brief walk through history, the many steps America has taken to combat racism are highlighted. In addition, abortion and religious liberty are looked at through the lens of the Trump administration and a potential Biden administration. The accomplishments of the Trump administration in regards to pro-life causes and defense of religious freedom are showcased. Anthony also emphasizes that the entire job of political leaders is to implement the best policies, in opposition to those who believe empathy should take priority. “The Random Bit” features a little more about Anthony, as well as a European metal band that deserves recognition.
