Now, as Managing Director for Beef Alliance, Jessica works with leaders of the cattle feeding industry to improve the way cattle are cared for.
In this episode she shares about industry innovations, woman in Ag leadership, and dealing with stress and strains.
“If you’re struggling, don’t be afraid to share that… because ten times out of ten, your peers, your neighbors – they’re struggling, too. Or they have and they can offer a lot of really good advice.” - Jessica Burkham
