Despite six-figure salaries and perks galore, working in America's tech sector isn't all its cracked up to be.  As a result, American educated immigrants are returning home - to India in particular - to participate in the wide open business start-up culture that is drawing in billions of dollars in seed capital from all over the world.  Frustrated by the slow and complicated machinery that is the legal American immigration system, these "best and brightest" are going where they feel the best opportunities are for them.  However, I have both concerns and questions - not to mention a bone to pick with American industry writ large.
