This week's episode takes its title from John Donne's poem which reminds us that we human beings are social creatures, connected to each other and greater by the sum of our parts.
We talk about the importance of team, and how the LEAN methodology is really about developing team cultures, team standards and working as a team for improvement.  We recognise that leadership can shape a team, or divide it.
Particularly given the chaos of our current world, and the divisions that we see widening every day, we value the connectedness of a team where we have each other's backs.

No man is an island entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as any manner of thy friends or of thine own were; any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind. And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.
