In today's episode we reflect back on Season 1 of The Leadership Project and consider deeply what we learnt together in 2021.
2021 and Season 1 of the podcast was an amazing success and we would like to thank all of our guests who came on the show and shared their amazing wisdom and insights.
We personally learnt a lot from each of our guests. This lead us to apply some of those learnings to how we produce the show and conduct the interviews. It is also reinforced to us the importance of our vision and inspired us to keep doing what we do. At the same time, each interview brought something new. Challenging our thoughts as well as reinforcing our values.
