Transparency is always welcomed win our eyes & the more information that is free flowing about the market, the better.
The changes discussed are as follows:
Historical Listing Prices of home swill now be made public through Realtor.ca
October 17 2022 - Any bully offers that may come in early will be held and not disclosed to the seller until the official offer date.
Multiple offer clarity & registry with specific details to be made public to all parties involved.
