Kris discusses her Title IX practice which focuses on athletics regulation, specifically gender equity in athletics. As a member of the gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic rowing team in 1984, Kris also talks about how her career as an elite athlete helps her current Title IX practice and roles with the Court of Arbitration for Sport and U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee.
