The next session of the Oregon Legislature will consider a bill removing what some call a Catch 22 from Oregon law, thus giving prison inmates who are truly innocent a chance to use DNA evidence to prove it. We hear from the bill's sponsor, Sen. Kim Thatcher, along with Michelle Feldman of the Innocence Project and Gerard Richardson, a former inmate whose innocence was proven through DNA.
