Today's Social Dilemma, I came across this yard sign in Madison Friday. Believe it or not, there are some people who are opposed to building a new jail in Dane County. The current jail, built in the 1950's, is unsafe and inhumane .The new jail project keeps getting delayed and the cost to build a new one keeps going up. The people opposed to the project literally believe it is cruel to keep almost anybody in jail. Do you have a problem building a new facility?
