This week’s radical is Sara Aoun, a technologist activist. She specifically works on privacy and security with human rights defenders, activists, journalists, and different types of targeted communities around the world.
Throughout our conversation, Sarah shares all about her work and how it as a cybersecurity activist. She shares insights into how her work helps protesters whose personal information needs to be kept safe. Sarah has never been able to disassociate her identity from human rights and activism, so she uses her position as a woman of color in tech to support underserved communities worldwide.
