This one gets personal. Really personal.
In this solo episode I'm getting into something nobody talks about honestly — the direct link between pleasure, desire, sensuality and your ability to express yourself, create freely and take up space in the world.
I share my own story with this. Growing up in a strict, culturally conditioned household where freedom was always conditional. My first love at 16 and the moment I learned that being seen and desired meant someone would eventually leave. The relationships that followed — the emotionally unavailable ones, the abusive ones, the codependent ones — and what every single one of them was actually mirroring back to me about where I was abandoning myself. My two and a half years of celibacy by choice, and the intentional decision I made to break it because I finally found someone safe enough to do so with.
And then I connect all of it to creativity. Because your creative power lives in your sacral. And when you're shaming yourself out of desire, out of pleasure, out of connection — you're shaming yourself out of your art too.
Jealousy is one of those emotions we've been conditioned to treat like a character flaw. Avoid it, suppress it, spiritually bypass it -and definitely don't admit you feel it.
But what if jealousy is actually the most honest thing your nervous system has ever said to you?
In this solo episode I'm getting into why jealousy and envy are not emotions to run from — they're shadow emotions that are showing you exactly where you've been neglecting yourself, abandoning your creativity, and not showing up in the way you know you could be. I share two very real, very personal examples of jealousy hitting me recently — one at the gym and one with a creator I deeply admire — and how both of them pointed straight back to where I was letting myself down, not where they were doing better than me.
In this episode discuss the difference between being seen and being perceived, and why I've spent most of my life quietly making myself invisible even when I desperately wanted to take up space.
I talk about growing up with body insecurities, learning disabilities, social anxiety, and neurodivergence - and how all of that stacked up into a subconscious decision I made about myself before I even knew I was making it. We're stepping into the spotlight whether we're ready or not.
In this episode, I sit down in person with Kelly, founder of Luna Love in Whittier, California, a spiritual shop specializing in candles, oils, ritual tools, crystals, and classes — for one of the most grounded and honest conversations I've had about quantum leaping and timeline jumping.
Because we're not here to sell you the idea that manifesting your next level is all flow and ease. It's not. It's your body getting sick. It's your knee giving out. It's people around you suddenly acting weird. It's panic attacks the day after you sign the contract. It's everything in your subconscious trying to drag you back to who you were.
We get into what quantum leaping actually looks like in real life — the resistance, the calibration period, why things sometimes seem to go backwards right after you leap, how to tell the difference between fear and intuition, why you don't have to have your subconscious fully healed before you jump, and what resilience actually means when you're building something from your gifts.
We also talk about the energetics of being seen online, why your social media is a mirror of your frequency, and how to step into visibility in a way your nervous system can actually hold.

I'm back. New space, new walls, and honestly a lot to yap about.
In this solo episode I'm having the conversation I've been sitting with for a while. I moved, I turned another year older, I became a published photographer, and somewhere in the middle of all of that expansion - my creativity went completely quiet. And I had to figure out why.
This episode is about what happens to your identity when your environment shifts. I spent years building my creativity, my business, my whole aesthetic out of chaos, pain, and dark beauty. And then I finally landed somewhere safe - and my nervous system didn't know what to do with it. Neither did my art.
If you've ever gone through a big transition and felt yourself go quiet right when things were finally starting to work - this one's for you.
Subscribe, leave a review, and share this with someone who's in the middle of becoming.
What does it mean to live as an infinite being inside a finite human experience — and how do you stop fighting that paradox?
This week on Proper Madness, I'm joined by Nino Palacio: behavioral coach, breathwork guide, mystic, poet, and retreat facilitator. Nino's work lives at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and spiritual practice, and this conversation goes places I didn't expect.
We talk about discovering autism later in life, losing his best friend to psychosis, and why that loss made him question everything about traditional psychology. We get into psychedelics as a tool that bypasses the logical mind, the danger of intellectualizing your own healing, and shame alchemy - using content creation as a genuine spiritual initiatory process.
And we end up in a full conversation about the villain era, what your shadow self is actually asking for, and why expressing your truth online might be one of the most liberating things you can do.
This one is for the overthinkers, the mystics, the healers, and anyone who's been living a little too small.

In this episode, Sabi sits down with Ranela- marriage and family therapist, life coach, actress, and host of The Life Edit podcast - for a deeply honest conversation about what it actually takes to rebuild yourself from the ground up.
Ranela shares her journey from a life heavily rooted in religion to a full identity deconstruction at 27. They go deep on codependency, attachment patterns, what it means to live between cultures as South Asian women in the West, and why the loneliest and most necessary journey is the one you have to take with yourself.
This one's for anyone who's ever felt like they were climbing the right ladder only to realize it's leaning on the wrong house.

In this episode, I sit down with psychic, spiritual content creator, and all-around iconic human Kayleigh Alexa for an unfiltered conversation about what it actually means to be a spiritual woman navigating dating, self-trust, and showing up online without losing your soul in the process.
We chat about the the spiritual closet, what it means to hide your gifts because you're afraid of rejection, and why that same wound shows up in your relationships, your dating patterns, and even your content. Kayleigh shares her experience of being gaslit by a partner who literally knew she was psychic and intentionally made her doubt herself, and how that became the catalyst for owning her gifts fully.
This episode goes deep on soul mirrors, why you attract people who reflect your unhealed wounds, energetic sovereignty in relationships, what it means to create content FROM yourself instead of FOR the algorithm, and why your intuition has never actually been wrong.
In a world obsessed with trends, algorithms, and constant output, what happens when we slow down instead?
In this episode of Proper Madness, I sit down with wildlife photographer and conservationist David to explore the deeper relationship between presence, creativity, and authenticity both online and in life.
Through stories from wildlife photography, travel, and personal evolution, this conversation becomes a reminder that art isn’t made by chasing attention- it’s made by paying attention.
If you’re a creative, entrepreneur, or human feeling overwhelmed by content culture, this episode is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember why you started.
David is a naturalist, occasional writer, and a passionate wildlife photographer and videographer. Currently living off the west coast of Scotland, he's worked in wild life conservation for over a decade, and the experiences and moments he's had along the way have been unforgettable.

In this episode, I sit down with Sean Kennedy, musician, creator, and one of those people who can say the quiet thing out loud.
We talk about what happens when life forces an identity shift… and how creativity can become the thing that brings you back. We go into curiosity as the root of real creativity, why so many people are trapped in performance (online and in life), and the difference between obsession and devotion. We also talk about facing yourself the mirror moment, accountability, quitting alcohol, discernment, and what it means to protect your gift when you’re going through it.
This episode is for anyone who feels the pull to live more honestly.
Sean Colin Kennedy is a Scottish recording artist based in Nashville. Creating a blend of rock, pop with a nostalgic pull. Sean also in the acting world as well as an advocate and speaker of mental health and the spiritual journey.

In this episode, I sit down with Ruby for a deep, honest conversation about intuition - not as something mystical or abstract, but as something deeply embodied.
We talk about what intuition actually feels like in the body, why so many of us were taught to numb it, and how learning to feel again can change everything. From Akashic Records and breathwork to lineage wounds, sensuality, shame, and surrender - this conversation is about coming back home to yourself.
Intuition isn’t loud.
It’s subtle. It’s physical.
It’s a language of feeling.
If you’ve ever felt disconnected from your body, your emotions, or your inner knowing - this episode is for you.
Ruby is the Founder and Boss Witch at The Shift – a company with a mission to help close the wellness gap by joyfully reclaiming our magic. She uses the Akashic Records, tarot, and energy healing to guide people home to their truth, infinite power, and deep magic.
Rather than fortune-telling your future, her approach as an Intuitive Guide is rooted in self-empowerment to remind you that you create your own.

In Episode 100 of Proper Madness, we explore radical honesty, identity work, ego, intuition, and why performing online (and in life) disconnects you from your truth. This episode is a grounded, vulnerable reflection on self-abandonment, creative integrity, and how your life becomes lighter when you stop pretending.
Your life is your art. Your truth is your medium.

I’ve never really sat down and told my story timeline until now. This is a condensed version, but our path to success is never linear.
In this episode, I share my journey from childhood to adulthood, and how storytelling became the thing that saved me, shaped me, and eventually led me into creative direction.
I talk about growing up deeply sensitive, living learning disabilities, feeling misunderstood, and using imagination as survival. I share how writing became my first outlet, how psychology and film shaped the way I see people, and how losing myself led me back to choosing myself.
This isn’t a polished success story. It’s an honest one.
If you’re a creative, a storyteller, or someone trying to understand their own path, I hope this reminds you of the power in telling the truth about where you’ve been.
Sometimes growth feels beautiful… and sometimes it feels like your shadow self is trying to hijack the wheel.
This week, I got humbled.. deeply ... and I bring you into the actual behind-the-scenes of what healing looks like when old wounds resurface out of nowhere.
In this episode, I shares:
my website if you want to work with me: www.mymyndspace.com
If you’ve been telling yourself you have “imposter syndrome,” this episode is going to rewire that narrative completely.
Because what you’re feeling isn’t a diagnosis it’s a self-belief wound you inherited from childhood, trauma, or years of internalizing other people’s projections.
In today’s Proper Madness episode, Sabi breaks down why so many of us cling to the label imposter syndrome when the truth is simpler, harder, and more liberating:
You don’t trust yourself… yet.
Inside this conversation, we explore:
If you’ve been struggling with self-doubt, fear of being seen, or constantly chasing validation outside of yourself — this episode will meet you exactly where you are.
You’re not an imposter. You’re just unplugging from the beliefs that were never yours.
And you’re allowed to become the version of you who finally trusts your own voice.
If you’re someone who holds a lot of light- someone who’s magnetic, intuitive, and deeply felt... this episode is for you.
Today on Proper Madness, I talk about what it means to be radiant in a world that tries to siphon your energy if you’re not careful.
We get into discernment: how to recognize people who are drawn to you for the wrong reasons, how to trust your intuition, and how to stop abandoning yourself just to feel connected.
I share stories from my own life about being love-bombed, pedestal’d, drained, and mirrored- and how I learned to see the difference between genuine connection and people who want to feed off your light.
We also talk about non-negotiables, boundaries, trauma bonding, intuition vs. avoidance, and how your body always knows the truth before your mind catches up.
If you’re stepping into your power, becoming more magnetic, or learning how to trust yourself again, this episode will hit home.
Everyone’s talking about that Vogue article asking if having a boyfriend is embarrassing ...so let’s talk about it.
In this week’s Proper Madness Episode, I share why I both agree and disagree with the article ...and how it ties into the burnout, emotional armor, and performative independence so many of us are stuck in.
This episode is about why hyper-independence isn’t hot anymore, why we’ve glamorized exhaustion, and how to start romanticizing your life again in a way that feels real... not aesthetic.
I unpack the ways “doing it all” became a trauma response, how softness got mistaken for weakness, and why letting yourself be supported is actually the most powerful thing you can do.
Grab your tea... this one’s a little unhinged, a little honest, and very needed.
What if your confidence isn’t about becoming someone new — but remembering the parts of you you’ve been hiding?
In this episode of Proper Madness, I open up about how real self-confidence comes from making peace with your shadow — the parts of yourself you’ve been ashamed of, avoided, or labeled as “too much” or “not enough.”
I talk about my own journey of facing my shadow — from being too nice, too accommodating, and afraid to speak up… to reclaiming my voice, my desires, and the darker sides of myself that were always trying to protect me.
We’ll explore:
• What shadow work really means (beyond the buzzword)
• How self-sabotage can actually be your shadow asking to be heard
• Why confidence is built through self-forgiveness, not perfection
• The connection between your ego, higher self, and true embodiment
This one’s for anyone who’s been trying to “fix” themselves, when really, the healing comes from embracing all of yourself — the light and the dark.
Grab your tea, take a breath, and meet the parts of you that have been waiting to be seen.
Sometimes life just feels like chaos... like you’re in this weird in-between space where nothing makes sense, and you’re trying not to lose your mind.
In this episode I discuss learning how to chill inside the chaos - how to stop trying to control everything, and instead, find a strange kind of peace inside the unknown.
If you’ve been overthinking, forcing, or trying too hard to “figure it all out,” this episode will help you breathe, soften, and trust that you’re not off track... you’re just in transition.
Grab your tea, and let’s talk about surrender, softness, and self-trust in the middle of the mess.
What if creativity isn’t about doing more, but about being more?
In this episode of Proper Madness, we dive into creativity as a language — one that connects, inspires, and heals. We explore the balance between feminine flow and masculine structure, how sensuality fuels creative power, and why true art isn’t about copying trends but speaking in your own voice.
I share why creating from a full cup is more magnetic than creating from lack, how originality sparks change, and why your story — messy, raw, and unique — is the one thing no one else can replicate.
What happens when your sense of self depends on likes, followers, or other people’s approval? In this episode we explore why outside validation will never be enough and how to anchor yourself in self-devotion instead.
I share how chasing perfection, performing for approval, and living in comparison actually pull us further from our truth. And I reframe what it means to invest in yourself, not to prove anyone wrong or win anyone back, but because you love yourself enough to show up fully.
In this soul-baring episode, I talk about what it actually means to be seen, not the curated, half-version of you, but the full, fiery, intuitive, silly, sensual, sensitive you.
From thirst traps and shifting identities to friendship fights, romantic misfires, and spiritual downloads on vacation… this is a story of coming home to yourself.
I explore how being around the right people makes us feel safe enough to stop performing, how we’ve been conditioned to shrink ourselves for love, and what happens when we finally allow all our parts to exist, without shame or apology.
If you've ever been told you're “too much,” this episode is a permission slip to be even more.
🎧 Listen now and let yourself be seen.
How many times have we thought that we could do everything alone? The success, the healing, everything... because some how we think it will make us more worthy or impressive if we do... but that is not the case. In this episode I literally sit down and talk about what has been on my mind and heart with no real reason or theme except for opening my heart back up instead of being a hermit.
In this episode of Proper Madness, we’re unpacking what it really means to embody your worth. Are you a 10 that's acting like a 2? You might be chasing validation, hiding behind aesthetics, or letting external noise define your self-worth.
I dive into the power of energetic confidence, body language, nervous system regulation, and how to stop sabotaging your magnetism. This one’s for the high-value souls who are ready to act like it.
What if the clarity you’re seeking isn’t in doing more… but in sitting still with what’s already here?
This episode is about what happens when we stop outsourcing our worth and start listening to our bodies. I talk about nervous system healing, embodiment, intuitive clarity, and how our most meaningful creations come when we soften into discomfort, rather than escape it.
Through personal stories, I explore how regulation, not hustle, leads to the breakthroughs we’re actually searching for.
What if your emotions weren’t a block—but your creative fuel?
In this episode, I talk about how we can take whatever energy we're in—grief, joy, confusion, rage, even numbness—and use it to create something honest. You don’t have to wait to feel inspired or "healed" to start making. This is your invitation to transmute what’s real and messy into something meaningful.
We’ll explore what energy alchemy really means in simple terms, how to use your emotions as creative fuel, and why your experiences—no matter how chaotic—are worthy of expression.
Whether you're an artist, a deep feeler, or just trying to navigate life... this
We spend so much of our lives trying to "find ourselves" or chasing clarity like it lives somewhere outside of us.
But the truth is… it doesn’t.
You don’t need a perfect plan, a cosmic sign, or a brand-new version of you.
You just need to show up.
In this episode of Proper Madness, we explore why clarity is a byproduct of presence—not performance. We talk about the pressure to constantly “be more” and how the real breakthrough happens when you stop searching and start trusting yourself.
Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, or just tired of the constant self-improvement hamster wheel—this one’s for you.

We talk self-awareness, solitude, social anxiety, nervous system healing, the shift from survival mode to embodiment — and why journaling has been one of the most powerful tools in returning to myself.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected, stuck in old roles, or unsure how to show up as the real you... this one’s for you.

In a world obsessed with hustle, it’s easy to feel like we’re behind if we’re not constantly sprinting. But what if that sprint has no direction? In this episode, I talk about what it really means to move with intentional action—not from fear, not from comparison, but from alignment.
We explore:
• The difference between performance and embodiment
• How personal development can become spiritual bypassing
• Why hustle without intention leads to burnout
• And how to reconnect to your own pace, truth, and energy
This isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what actually matters.
