The pre-existing divisions in the Prime Minister’s caucus have been thrusted back into the limelight, specifically over the government’s position in a deadly global conflict. On Wednesday, Liberal MPs were expressing differing opinions towards Canada’s recent pleas for another humanitarian ceasefire in the Middle East. Justin Trudeau says this pact between Israel and Hamas must be immediate, and it cannot be one-sided. He also says that Canada will continue to push for peace, and these ceasefire requests won’t be stopping anytime soon. We deliver a wide range of reaction as the show continues.
