Respect and its concomitant civility are quickly vanishing in this country—buried under the American privilege to be insulted by anything and everything. Such thought policing is by design and has created an acid rain of groupthink politics and incivility. But here’s the thing how do we explain incivility and disrespect by our leaders towards one another to our children?
