I wrote a poem when I was in my 10th-grade English class. I wrote, essentially, that our life path is like a circle; and in between our birth and our dying, we’d at some point dedicate a lot of effort to rediscovering whoever it is that we are at the core.

This week’s podcast is a flashback to me preparing for the season of “losing myself” and getting transparent about what I learned and how I uncomfortably navigate this era almost two decades later.

In this episode, we explore the following questions:

  1. What are the dangers of succumbing to and staying in the idea of being lost?
  2. What’s the connection between losing yourself and perfectionism?
  3. Can any good come from “losing” yourself?
