In this episode, we discuss earthquake preparedness and whether people have a fatalistic attitude towards natural disasters. As Japan experienced a major earthquake last week, luckily with no major casualties, we took this opportunity to reflect on the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and the 2010 earthquake in Chile. 

1. エピソード9では「地震防災対策」や「自然災害に対する運命論的災害観」について話しました。2021年2月13日に福島県沖にて発生したM7.3の地震は、気象庁によると2011年3月11日に発生した東日本大震災の余震とも言われています。2010年2月27日にチリ中部沿岸で発生した大地震と併せて顧みました。
