Our first episode ever, I am so excited to begin this journey with you. I have wrestled with starting my own pod(vidcast ) for some time now and as we begin the new year, I wanted to start off with the thing that has scared me the most.

In this episode, I share what has hindered me from hitting the record button, what you can expect from me on this podcast (to be honest it will be a tad all over the place to start) but I am positive we will find our groove.

Here is what I know, no topic is off limits. We will cover all things that are important to women who are like me. Women who are ready to live they life they have dreamed and on their terms, women who are at the middle part of life and see the value in being exactly where we are. Women who are healing from those youthful mistakes the we inflicted on ourselves, or have been inflicted by others. Women who hare become their own hero and are working on themselves everyday in order to be the best version of themselves.
