As a new entrepreneur, it is easy to look for the free item or discounted item and don't get me wrong you can get some wonderful content, but as you grow in your business you realize that some times those free things can cost you in the long run.  At Juice Box we host a Real Estate Workshop every second saturday that starts at 730 am .  In the beginning I thought sheesh this is really early, but like the host of the event said to me folks need to have some skin in the game and since it's free we have to make sure folks are showing up ready to invest.  With this mantra I realize more and more that I have to be sure that I am operating myself and those that are around me with skin in the game.  Take a listen to how as a new business owner having skin in the game is so important to forward movement.
