Bart Towler is the Audio/Visual tech for the Paranormal Research Institute as well as the events director for the Miller Mausoleum in Holden MO. He is the co-founder of The EGT Project. They teach venues to protect themselves with contracts, paranormal teams with marketing and web design and have an extensive background working with historic sites.
