In this edition of Africa of the Future, we discuss the need to transform institutions of higher learning, especially in South Africa which just emerged from institutional apartheid two decades ago. We feature Dr Boyce Watkins from the US talking about transformation or lack of it from an American perspective. We also have Prof. Cecil Wright from the UK, an independent researcher attached to the University of Nottingham who paints a picture of the UK as no better than the US.
