The Black Intshebe – a beard cosmetics start -up by two young black entrepreneurs. Black Intshebe started in 2018 by Jonathan Mabwe. After years of struggling to find a beard cosmetic product that worked for his skin and hair texture, He decided to find research and look into organic mixtures and recipes for African men. The business is now more than a one-man job. The team now consists of 5 members each focusing on a department. Marketing, sales, and distribution.
