The ANC could lose its assets after another court defeat in a multi-million-rand elections campaign dispute. This after the Supreme Court of Appeal upheld a decision by the Gauteng High Court which found the ANC liable for over R100 million for election banners. KwaZulu-Natal branding company Ezulweni Investments applied to seize assets worth more than R102m from the ANC after the party failed to pay the company for its 2019 general election campaign materials.
