The National Education, Health and Allied Workers' Union (NEHAWU) has ended a seven-month-long wage impasse with the National Students Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) after both parties reached an agreement. The deal was finalised on Tuesday following a strike action in October. Key issues resolved include decentralisation of offices, job evaluations, housing allowance and salary progression.
