British Prime Minister Theresa May has expressed disappointment at the outcome of a parliamentary vote on Brexit in which MPs rejected the proposed deal governing withdrawal from the European Union for the third time. BUT before we get to Brexit - On Friday South Africans were waiting expectantly for a credit rating announcement from Moody's Investor Service, the only credit rating agency yet to downgrade the country to junk status.
