Medical experts fear the plague outbreak raging in Madagascar could worsen as the death toll hits over 120 and leaves more than 1,300 infected. The World Health Organisation has now issued alerts for nine countries surrounding the Indian Ocean Island, as the outbreak is considered a much bigger threat to the region than in previous years. Many organisations are working on the ground to try to stop the outbreak in its tracks.
