South Africa's ruling ANC in Ekurhuleni region has given the Constitutional Court thirty days to respond to it's memorandum of demands. Scores of party members marched to the highest court in the land to register their dissatisfaction over the imminent release of Janusz Walus from prison. The High Court in Pretoria last week ruled that Walus, who was serving a life sentence for the 1993 killing of popular SACP and ANC senior leader Chris Hani, be released on parole. Amos Phago reports.
